Nathan B. Roberts represents corporate and individual clients in civil litigation in state court, federal court and private arbitration proceedings. His experience includes litigating financial fraud claims, accounting and auditing malpractice, civil securities actions, and general business disputes. Nathan is knowledgeable in e-discovery, case management, and fact development in complex cases.
Before joining Solomon & Cramer LLP, Nathan worked for the Boston litigation boutique Collora LLP (now Hogan Lovells US LLP), with a focus on civil litigation.
Nathan attended Boston College Law School, where he served as a teaching assistant in criminal law and spent a year with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General as a clinical student, working on matters on behalf of the Commonwealth.
Prior to law school, Nathan worked for several years as a carpenter in residential construction and remodeling, where he learned the wisdom of the maxim, “measure twice, cut once.” In his spare time, he continues to enjoy taking on easy projects that soon turn out to be hard projects.
Nathan lives in the greater Boston area but carefully avoids having strong opinions on local sports.
